It's a sandwich I've been eating for a long time, but I just found the pictures on a card ... In any case, it's very easy to make and only good for an afternoon snack.
- 4 slices of toast
- butter for slicing bread
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 50-75 g parmesan
- 1 lemon
- Pt dressing:
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Sandwich with smoked salmon and parmesan:
I greased the slices of bread with butter on one side, then I prepared the dressing.
I placed arugula leaves on one of them and parmesan strips on the other.
I put dressing over the arugula, and over the parmesan strips of salmon.
I cut the lemon into thin slices and put it over the dressing, and on top I placed the boiled egg slices.
I put the slices of bread in a sandwich. I did the same with the other two slices.
I cut the peel, then I cut each sandwich in four, so I got 8 small and cute sandwiches.
I decorated them with lemon and Dijon mustard beans.
