During the summer, I use beans from the garden, which is - you guessed it - the same yellow and "fat" beans. It seems that I managed to get over the nightmare of my life, if I can see the long, green pod, without thinking about that nasty worm, but not my husband, who still doesn't want me to cook with that bean. I still grow it in the garden, for beauty, but I give it to someone else to cook.
"Fat" yellow bean salad is made with about the same ingredients as baked pepper salad. It's just as refreshing, especially if it's kept cold before it's eaten - only good on a hot summer day!

Ingredients for 2 servings
