I prepared the dough by mixing eggs with sugar, oil and baking powder quenched in vinegar. I added a pinch of salt and flour and kneaded until it stuck to my hand.

I spread with the twister a sheet half a centimeter thick and I cut shapes according to preference.

In the baking paper tray I placed the cookies and put them in the preheated oven on medium heat for about 20 minutes. When ripe, the cookies should be white on the surface and slightly browned on the back.

I prepared the cream by mixing all the ingredients over low heat, except for the margarine and rum essence that I added after it was boiled and slightly cooled.

I assembled the cookies by putting the cream between 2 pieces and I decorated it with melted chocolate and candies.
