Wash the plums well and break the tail. In a large pot put 5 jars of water together with sugar and lemon juice. Put 4 tablespoons of sugar in a jar of water. After it boils, add the plums in turn (or all at once if the pot allows us), leave for 2 minutes and remove. We place them in jars (5-6 pieces) And in the juice from the fire we put cinnamon, mix well and turn off the heat. Place a knife blade under each jar so that the jars do not crack. Add the juice and put the lids. Put the jars in a large pot, put water up to the neck of the jar and put them on the fire. After it starts to boil, leave it to sterilize for 15-20 minutes. Leave for a few more minutes and remove. Fold with a towel until the next day and then move to the pantry or cellar!
