In a large bowl, mix the minced meat well with the grated bell pepper, crushed garlic, chopped brown parsley, egg, broth, breadcrumbs and salt. We mix everything very well, everything must be homogenized. I used chicken breast from my chickens, but you can also use commercial chicken breast.

How to shape meatballs
